From time to time, a publisher may cease publication of a particular magazine(s) or title. The publisher will contact you, the subscriber, directly to advise of any substitution for the remainder of said service. Generally, offering a magazine of like-kind and price from the publisher directly. MAGLINE RESOURCES LLC is not directly responsible or liable for decisions made by the publisher relating to their products, policies or procedures. If a substitution by the publisher on a ceased title is not satisfactory, contact our administrative office for potential options.
While publishers are improving processes for labeling and fulfillment centers to expedite your order, please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your first issue of any magazine title ordered. Product prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or its parts at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Cancellation and refunds: The cancellation period is 2 weeks (10 business days) from date of order. Request for refund is on product only and is dependent on order processing status within cancellation period.
Administrative fees such as service, processing or cancellation fees are non-refundable.
6. Products & Services Details
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities subject to our refund policy. We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display is precise.
We may limit sales geographically or to certain individuals, and we may change product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice. We do not warrant products or services will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.
7. Billing & Account Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse any order. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order, and may notify you of changes using provided contact information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details to ensure transactions can be completed.
